Supply and install new roof-mounted make-up air unit (MUA-1), condensing unit (CU-1), exhaust fans (EF-1, EF-2), welding fume extraction arms, CO/NO2 gas detection system, related ductwork, controls, and structural/roofing work. Includes commissioning, all electrical and safety work, and construction phasing in an active garage. All work must meet City drawings, specifications, and permit.
