Renovation of a stadium in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade stadium.
Replace Scoreboard Hoist at Crisler Center, Building Number 1000700, Bidpack 01 - Construction, U-M Project Number P00023839. Proposals are to be submitted electronically. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting/tour is required. Bidding documents will be provided to invited bidders electronically free of charge. Hard copies may be purchased by invitees and appropriate subcontractors from specified printing firms. Bidding documents are also available for reference at listed builders exchanges and associations. If declining to submit a proposal, a declination message must be emailed within one week of invitation. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive informalities. Withdrawal of proposals is prohibited for sixty days after opening. The University of Michigan ensures that diverse business enterprises are given full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against based on sex, race, creed, color, religion, age, height, weight, marital status, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, disability, or Vietnam-era veteran status. Pre-qualification requirements: Invited bidders are listed as AZ Shmina Incorporated, Granger Construction Company, Ideal Contracting LLC, Krull Construction Company Incorporated, Spence Brothers, and The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company. Subcontractors or suppliers interested should contact the invited bidders. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting/tour is required.
