Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kent, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Kent solicits interest from professional consulting firms with expertise in administration and management of federally funded Public Works Construction Projects. This agreement is expected to be awarded in November 2025 and will be approximately 70 working days in duration with the option for the City of Kent to extend it for additional time and money if necessary. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
