Hud-funded Project Hope Housing Partners Llc, an Affiliate of Envision Unlimited, Through Bluestem Housing Partners, Nfp, (the "company") is Seeking Bids for the Property Renovations All Activities in the Project Shall Conform to the Relevant Provisions of the City of Springfield Code of Ordinances (the "code") Including but Not Limited to, Acguisition of Necessary Permits and Other Matters. The Project will be a renovation project utilizing Community Development Block Grant funds. Bidders shall comply with all relevant terms and ordinary and customary redevelopment agreements pertaining to contract activities including, but not limited to, o compliance with Davis-Bacon, o proof of participation in a US Dept of Labor certified apprenticeship program, o comprehensive general liability, employer liability, and workman's compensation insurance, and o egual employment opportunity. The successful bidder will be the lowest responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the reguirements of the Project and complies with all the provisions of the specifications to include immediate commencement of the Project upon award of contract. Bidders should respond to this notice by presenting a proposed contract as provided in the bidders' packet containing a fixed-price bid for the work and such additional terms and conditions as bidder deems necessary or appropriate.
