To install streetlighting on Sylvester Drive, Shelbyville. The Contractor is required to comply with all applicable prevailing wage laws. The Contractor shall ensure that all laborers and mechanics employed on the project are paid wages at rates not less than those established as prevailing for the corresponding work classifications in the project area. The Contractor is responsible for: 1. Determining Applicable Wage Rates: Reviewing and ad-hering to the prevailing wage determinations provided in the bid documents or as issued by the relevant government au-thority. 2. Certified Payroll Reporting: Submitting accurate and timely certified payroll reports as required by law. The right is reserved to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
