Conceptual plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade service station / car wash facility; for site work for a service station / car wash facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project Description: The selected firm will provide design services for a new fuel island at the Champaign Police Station. The design will adhere to current EPA standards, current City of Champaign Building Code, and input from City staff. The project will consist of replacing the fuel dispenser, installing a new containment unit under the new dispenser, replacing the containment unit at the tank inlet with a double wall unit, installing fuel management technology, and resurfacing the existing parking lot.
