Site work, paving and new construction of a service station / car wash facility in Champaign, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade service station / car wash facility.
Design services are requested for a new fuel island at the City of Champaign Police Station, located at 82 East University Avenue. The scope includes designing the new fuel island to replace the existing one, in compliance with current EPA standards, City of Champaign Building Code, and in coordination with City staff input. The project involves replacing the fuel dispenser, installing a new containment unit under the new dispenser, replacing the containment unit at the tank inlet with a double wall unit, installing fuel management technology, and resurfacing the existing parking lot. Bidders are to provide professional engineering design services for this work.
