Project Details PR Number: 52000PR20000062 Title: CGC EDGAR CULBERTSON Fire Alarm Panel Tech Support / Site Visit Location: Cutters Homeport - 3000 Fort Point Rd, Galveston, TX 77550 Period of Performance: 29-31 October 2025 Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 0730-1600 Scope Provide a certified technician for troubleshooting and repair support of the Mircom Pro-2000 Fire Detection Panel. System is discontinued; parts must be: OEM manufactured if available, or Refurbished by a qualified vendor with knowledge of Mircom Pro-2000. Background Mircom Pro-2000 is no longer supported by the manufacturer. Parts are sourced from FRC fleet and refurbished externally. Technician must have specific experience with this outdated system. References CG-DWG-154-WPC_436_301_C Fire Detection System CG-TP-8011A Fire/Gas Detection and Control System Requirements Troubleshooting and repair support for Mircom Pro-2000 on EDGAR CULBERTSON. Coordinate with POC: MKC Lopez-Smith Email: Adrian.C.Lopez-Smith@uscg.mil Phone: 831-207-8084 All replaced parts must have 1-year warranty against defects. Comply with base access/security requirements and all applicable regulations. Additional Information Site Visit: Offerors are urged to inspect the site (FAR 52.237-1). Controlled Unclassified Information: JCP certification required for access to technical data. Oral Modification: Only Contracting Officer can modify contract terms. Acceptance Criteria: Government will review work before invoice approval. Government Furnished Items Utilities: Water and electricity (up to 15 amps, 120 volts). Contractor must conserve utilities. Contractor Responsibilities Provide all equipment/services not furnished by the government. Report to work site per Contracting Officers signed order. Vehicles/tanks with hazardous materials must display 24/7 emergency contact info. Government assumes no liability for contractor property left on base.
