Site work for a development in Galveston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.

Texas A&M University is seeking to establish agreements with a pool of Vendors for the provision of Dredging Services to be performed on the Texas A&M campus in Galveston, TX. Bidders must agree to the terms and conditions included in the AggieBid portal and Texas A&M University terms and conditions. All details and specifications are provided as an attachment in the AggieBid portal. Vendors are required to register in the AggieBid portal to submit bids electronically and view opportunities. Alternate response methods include email, express mail, US Postal Service, or hand delivery. All non-electronic submissions must be on Texas A&Ms form, and a W9 must be included if responding manually. All respondents must return a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) with their proposal. Failure to submit a complete HSP will result in proposal disqualification. Payment terms are 100% Net 30 upon receipt, installation, and acceptance of goods and/or services. Vendors must provide pricing information for renewal periods, a sample Certificate of Insurance as per the detailed specifications, and a listing of references. Detailed line items include mobilization fees, de-mobilization fees, dredging per cubic yard, and any applicable additional charges. The State of Texas HSP forms can also be found at the following site: https://comptroller.texas.gov/purchasing/Vendor/hub/forms.php Scope of Work The purpose of these reoccurring dredging projects is to remove accumulated sediment from Galveston Channel adjacent to Texas A&M at Galveston and marina located at Texas A&M at Galveston to restore navigable depths to -30 feet for the channel and -10 feet for the marina. The respondent shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform the following: Pre-Dredging Activities Site survey and bathymetric analysis. Mobilization of equipment and personnel. Pre-Dredging Activities-Add Alternates* Environmental impact assessment Permits in place, especially ensuring FEMA requirements are met for post-storm dredging operations Dredging Operations Mechanical or hydraulic dredging of designated areas. Monitoring of dredging depth and sediment removal. Daily reporting of progress and sediment volumes. Material Handling and Disposal Transport of dredged material to approved disposal site.
