Renovation of a medical facility in Galveston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
To provide UTMB pricing for the replacement of CHW Pump VFD's in the M66 West Plant on the UTMB Galveston campus. To provide Materials & Labor to remove and install 2 new VFD's. All Associated Electrical Conduits and Wires, With 2 Custom Gutter Box fornew VFD's. To Include New House Keeping Pads and associated platforms. 1. Demo 2 existing CHW pump VFD's, line wiring and load wiring. 2. Install 2 new ABB ACS880 600hp VFDs. 3. Install new custom gutter wireway to accommodate the existing ridged conduitand new VFD's. 4. Pull new line and load 600hp rated conductors to both new VFD's and motors. Terminate all accordingly. 5. Meg ohm test and torque all connections. Provide commissioning and settingadjustments for both existing breakers. Furnish, install, program, and place into operation an automation and temperature control system for project referenced above.
