Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Grassy Narrows, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Tender includes proposed water & wastewater upgrades associated under the following: Volume 1: Water Treatment Plant Volume 2: Wastewater Treatment Plant Volume 3: Linear Works & Sewage Pumping Stations Volume 4: Snake Point & Mission Road Watermain, Forcemain & Communal Septic System Upgrades. Volume 5: Existing Sewage Pumping Station Upgrades Each Tender submission must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond to be retained by the Consulting Engineer for an amount of at least 10 percent (10%) of the total Tendered price made payable to Grassy Narrows First Nation. This Contract will be subject to funding from the Federal Government and approval of Grassy Narrows First Nation. The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.
