Renovation of a mixed-use development in Attawapiskat, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The full scope of work is prescribed in detail in the attached tender documents. Without limiting the specifics of these requirements, the Work generally consists of: Highschool: Replacement of existing hydronic boiler system with a new electric boiler system. Electrical service upgrade including new main distribution to supply electricity to the new boilers The addition of a diesel standby generator with automatic transfer switch (ATS). Teacherage: Replacement of existing hydronic heating system with a new electric baseboard heating system. Electrical service upgrade for each unit.
