Site work, paving and new construction of a transportation facility in Kewanee, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,856-square-foot, one-story above grade transportation facility.
As of January 02, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on January 2026. Construct a Snow Removal Equipment Building and Access Pavement. The scope includes but is not limited to site preparation and grading, building erection, concrete slab construction, concrete perimeter pavement, utility work, landscaping, and erosion control measures at the Kewanee Municipal Airport in Kewanee, Illinois. The successful bidder shall be bonded, insured, and required to pay the prevailing rate for each trade or craft per the Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations (U.S. Department of Labor) for Henry County, Illinois and comply with the Federal Provisions included within the bidding documents. Pre-qualification requirements: The successful bidder shall have been in business for not less than five (5) years, undertaking work similar in scale, scope, and cost to that included within the proposed project. Prequalification (required) shall be requested by the proposed bidder (to the Engineer identified in the bidding documents) no later than 5:00 PM on October 31, 2025..\ The scope includes but is not limited to site preparation and grading, building erection, concrete slab construction, concrete perimeter pavement, utility work, landscaping and erosion control measures at the Kewanee Municipal Airport in Kewanee, Illinois. change from 10/31/2025 at 5:00 PM CT Requests for interpretations shall be made in writing BY E-MAIL ONLY to the Consultant, Hanson Professional Services Inc., 1525 S.
