Remodeling of an industrial development in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade industrial development.

Contractor to procure, install and commission equipment, piping, and instruments to provide new utility services supporting the existing aseptic dairy line equipment within Room 280. The new aseptic equipment is already in Room 280 but requires final placement and alignment by the contractor according to the contract documents. Utility systems to be provided include a new reverse osmosis system, a new culinary steam system with a feedwater tank with pumps, electric boiler, blowdown system, and culinary steam filter station. Culinary steam will be distributed through both low-pressure and high-pressure culinary steam headers to the aseptic equipment. Additional systems include a 10oc closed loop chilled water system with a new plate and frame heat exchanger and pump, and a hot water distribution system with a steam shell and tube heater and distribution piping. Campus steam is the heating source for the hot water system, and the campus ice water system is the cooling source for the 10oc chilled water loop. All new utility equipment will be located in the 3rd floor penthouse area, directly above Room 280 and an interstitial space in between the two areas.
