A separate alternate bid includes the removal of existing tennis courts and associated fencing and foundations and installation of topsoil and seed. For the pickle ball basketball court area one base bid option including partial milling and paving and expansion of the paved court area and the other base bid option will involve the removal of the existing court asphalt installation of new pavement and subgrade for the entire court layout. Bid Security is required in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, but not in excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) as set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21 Consent of Surety: Certificate from a Surety Company is required indicating consent to be bound as surety and guarantor for performance required under the Contract Documents.
