Description

Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Cooleemee, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.

The scope includes sitework, concrete, masonry, wood framing, roofing, doors, windows, storefronts, finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical systems, and other elements as outlined in the contract documents. All bidders must follow the instructions as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders when submitting a bid package. Bids must be submitted in person by the designated deadline at the opening location or delivered to the Construction Manager's office via hand delivery or delivery service by a specified earlier time for transport to the opening facility. Davie Construction is willing to review any responsible quote and will negotiate terms if appropriate. If your bid is accepted, your firm will be notified. If assistance is needed with obtaining bonding, loan capital, lines of credit, or insurance, contact Davie Construction for direction to available agencies for assistance. The possibility of a joint check arrangement will be considered if appropriate. Davie Construction Co. pays monthly but will consider other needs.
