Question Deadline 11/06/2025 Requests for clarification shall be made in writing via email to the Contract Specialist and cc the Alternate Contract Specialist at least seven (7) days prior to the bid opening date. Work sites: Houghton Landfill, 11724 NE 60th St, Kirkland, WA 98033, AND Puyallup Landfill 1950 S 360th St, Federal Way, WA 98003 This project includes construction work to upgrade the landfill gas blower control panels and control systems at the Houghton (Schedule A) and Puyallup (Schedule B) Landfills. Work involves maintaining temporary blower operation, demolition and replacement of electrical and mechanical systems, including installation of new control panels, instrumentation, HDPE piping, equipment slabs, canopies, and appurtenances. Site-specific improvements include platforms, fencing, and utility coordination with PSE. The project concludes with reinstallation of existing blowers and comprehensive testing and commissioning of the upgraded systems. The work consists of landfill gas blower control panel and controls upgrades at the Houghton and Puyallup sites. The solicitation type is for construction and is under the Department of Natural Resources and Parks, Division of Solid Waste. Small business requirements apply.
