**As of December,18,2025 the project was awarded to but the awarded amount is not available.** The Ohio Schools Council is a voluntary organization of school districts, municipalities, and other non-profit organizations. The Council functions under its own stated procedures and general conditions for securing competitive quotations on products to be purchased by its members. The Ohio Schools Council ("OSC") is an Ohio regional council of governments formed under Chapter 167 of the Ohio Revised Code and located in Greater Cleveland, Ohio. Our membership consists of over 280 public school districts, educational service centers, career centers and boards of developmental disabilities located in 38 counties in Ohio. Our members serve over 600,000 students. The goal of the OSC is to secure pricing as a group better than what a member can obtain individually. The OSC is seeking proposals to establish a cooperative purchasing contract for Paving and Concrete work, including milling, grinding, sealcoating, crack-filling and pavement-marking that can be utilized by OSC members beginning upon contract award through December 31, 2026. The specifications and minimum criterion for the services consist of Ohio Department of Transportation specifications and specifications that were prepared by GPD Group (please see Exhibit B), and selected vendors will be expected to provide services on behalf of OSC members that meet or exceed the requirements set forth in Exhibit B. The OSC will not be responsible for the terms of an agreement between the selected vendor and an OSC member. Instead, each OSC member who wishes to contract with the successful vendor will execute a separate agreement with the vendor establishing the business terms of a project. The role of OSC is to conduct the proposal process and to review and make available the awarded vendor(s) information. It is not the responsibility of the OSC to market the successful vendor's product on their behalf. However, the successful vendor's information will be shared with the OSC membership on our website, through a member-wide announcement and through various networking, advisory and other outreach meetings. OSC membership information will be provided to the successful vendor(s).
