The Department of Veterans Affairs San Francisco Health Care System (VASFHCS) requires the procurement of two (2) hydraulic dock leveler units, including installation and deinstallation services. The units must be 6' x 8' hydraulic dock levelers equipped with 460 Volt, 3 Phase 1 HP motors, NEMA 4X control boxes, 35,000 lb capacity, full range toe guards, 16" lip, cross traffic safety legs, heavy-duty lip keepers, a working range of 12" up/down, laminated bumpers, and include forklift support for removal and disposal of existing damaged units. Installation must occur during standard operating hours and be performed by licensed/certified professionals in California. The contractor must be either the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an Authorized Distributor, with proof of status required if selected. The replacement must be done on a one-to-one basis to avoid disruption to logistics operations and safeguard VA property.
