Site work and new construction of a civil project in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,000-square-foot water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project is described as: work will consist of the construction of a new public plaza (approximately 6,000 sf), including pile repairs, utility modifications, and installation of new furnishing and lighting. Partial demo of electrical and plumbing lines below the Wharf and selective demo of the concrete slab over the Wharf. The base scope includes pouring a new slab that will act as the surface for the Taylor Street Public Plaza project. This contract includes repairs and replacement for the sub-wharf fire protection system beneath Alioto's, including repairs to the existing fire draft stops. The base scope includes Plaza Art, Wayfinding and furnishings will be under a separate package. The ALTERNATE is to "MAKE READY" the southern portion of FISHERMAN'S GROTTO for future tenant. The ALTERNATE INCLUDES minor exterior regrading to integrate FISHERMAN'S GROTTO with the new p laza. The ALTERNATE scope includes replacing broken windows, replacing existing exterior doors, some interior partitions demo and new construction, replacement of the floor finish in the BOH space and guest area.
