RVE Project No. 0115-U-012 Disclaimer: In Order for Your Bid to Be Considered a Legal Bonafide Bidder on the Project, Documents Must Be Purchased From Remington, Vernick Engineers Directly Sealed Bids Will Be Received for the Fy2024 & Fy2025 Njdot S.s.t. And Fy2025 Njdot Municipal Aid Bayfront East Traffic Calming Improvements in the Borough of Longport, Atlantic County, New Jersey. Bid Forms, Contracts, and Specifications Are Available From Remington and Vernick Engineers, Upon Payment of $50.00 for Each Set. Electronic and Hard Copies Can Be Requested, but Payment Must Be Received Before Obtaining the Documents. Bids Must Not Be Dropped Off at the Engineer's Office. Bids Must Be Submitted on the Form Prepared by Remington and Vernick Engineers, Enclosed in Sealed Envelopes With the Bidders Name, Address, and the Reference to the Specific Work Bid Upon. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond in an Amount Not Less Than 10% but Not in Excess of $20,000.00 of the Amount Bid, and Must Also Include a Certificate Letter From a Surety Company Stating It Will Provide a Completion Bond. The Contract Award is Subject to the Necessary Funds Being Lawfully Provided by the Borough of Longport and the Securing of Any Needed State, Federal, or Local Permits. The Borough Reserves the Right to Consider Bids for Sixty Days, Reject Any or All Bids, in Whole or in Part, and Waive Any Informality as May Be in Its Best Interest. Bidders Are Required to Comply With Requirements for Affirmative Action, the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act, Submit a Disclosure Statement of Stockholders, Comply With Public Works Contractor Registration, and Submit Proof of Business Registration for Themselves and Any Subcontractors. *the List of Planholders and/or Interested Bidders is Not Being Tracked by the Stakeholders Involved With This Project.
