Renovation of a mixed-use development in Peabody, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade theater / auditorium; and one-story above grade restaurant.

Filed sub-bids will be received at the Peabody Municipal Light Plant Office until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2025. General bids will be received at the same location on Thursday, November 6, 2025, until 11:00 a.m. All bids will be publicly opened and read. Work includes interior renovations of a portion of existing first floor to include renovations of auditorium space and breakroom area including renovated kitchen, janitor's closet, new storage room, infilling of raised access flooring and related work, and a new restroom for second floor gym. Building elements include modifications and upgrades to plumbing, electrical; fire alarm; lighting; HVAC; fire sprinkler system; fire/smoke detectors and alarms; interior walls and ceilings; new flooring; doors, frames, and hardware; operable partition; building specialties, cabinets and counters, and related work. The Project consists of but not limited to: PMLP is a Massachusetts Municipal Electric Utility serving approximately 27,000 customers, in Peabody and Lynnfield. The PMLP main office is located at 201 Warren Street Extension, Peabody MA and was opened in August of 1989. The two-story building currently supports all PMLP central services, including warehouse, garage, distribution operations, business, and administration.
