Janitorial Cleaning Services All bids in excess of $10,000 MUST BE accompanied by a Bid Bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio or a certified check, cashiers check or money order, drawn on a solvent bank or savings and loan association in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, and made payable to Cleveland Metroparks, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into, its performance properly secured and shall be in a form the same or similar to the attached. Bids submitted in excess of $10,000 without proper bonding requirements will be disqualified from consideration. No bid may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Cleveland Metroparks reserves the right to reject any or all bids and parts of any and all bids and may waive technicalities, which are not substantive components of the bid
