Bridge No. 241, 263, 301, and 301A Sealed bids for the Project No. 2037B0241Z, Citywide Bridge Rehabilitation, including Bridge No. 241, 263, 301, and 301A, are to be submitted for furnishing all tools, materials, and labor and performing the necessary construction work. Copies of drawings, specifications, and contract documents are available for a non-refundable fee. The project includes compliance with non-discrimination in employment, an aspirational Small Business Enterprise utilization goal of ten percent, and requires bidders to commit to at least fifty percent bona fide residents of the City of Tulsa and/or its Metropolitan Statistical Area in each employment classification. Additionally, only U.S. citizens may be hired by bidders and their subcontractors. No sales or use taxes apply for vendors acting on behalf of the City. A certified/cashier's check or bid bond of 5% of the bid amount is required, and successful bidders must furnish liability insurance and performance, statutory, and maintenance bonds for 100% of the contract price.
