The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from certified licensed roofers for the rehabilitation of one home in Tulsa County. The work must be completed in 5 working days and should adhere to safe work practices for areas noted as positive for ACM in the attached ACM Report. Work should begin within two weeks of notification, or $100.00 will be charged daily for extensions beyond the contract end date. The Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Work Write Up must be fully completed to be considered responsive. TERO certification through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office is required for preference; proof must accompany submittals. Contractors must comply with Tribal rules and TERO regulations. The lowest, most responsive bid will be chosen in accordance with HACN Procurement Policy and subject to fund availability. Bids may be e-mailed or hand-delivered. Indian preference will be given to bidders who provide TERO certification. Bidders are responsible for preparation and submission costs and cannot withdraw bids within 30 days after the due date. HACN may reject any or all bids. TERO requirements apply, including related fees and agreements.
