Site work for a civil project in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Work of the Project generally includes replacement of the existing chemical bulk storage tanks, addition of two new chemical day storage tanks for sodium hydroxide , sodium hydroxide chemical transfer pumps , along with all required operational appurtenances. More specifically, the Work includes, but is NOT limited to, construction of Chemical Storage Building Perform demolition work of pilot filtration and dry polymer mixing systems . Coordinate with owner on storage of pilot filtration equipment . Reinstall pilot equipment after all chemical storage improvements are complete . At end of project repair floor where containment curb has been removed . Construct temporary chemical storage and transfer pump facility for Hydrofluorsilicic Acid and temporary storage facility for Cationic Polymer systems . Remove and replace three FRP 18,720 -gallon aluminum chlorohydrate storage tanks . Remove and replace three FRP 18,720 -gallon caustic soda ( sodium hydroxide storage tanks ). Remove and replace one FRP 12,384 -gallon hydrofluorosilicic acid tank . Remove and replace one FRP 12,384 -gallon cationic polymer storage tank . Furnishing All Tools, Materials and Labor and Performing the Work Necessary to Be Done in the Con Struction of the Following: Project No. Tmua-w 24-03 Mohawk Wtp Chemical Tank Replacement The Entire Cost of the Improvement Shall Be Paid From Account No. 2631w00006 Waterops. Water 7400 70003301-541101 A Certified or Cashiers Check or Biddere Surety Bond, in the Sum of 5% of the Amount of the Bid Will Be Required From Each Bidder to Be Retained as Liquidated Damages in the Event the Successful Bidder Tills, Neglects or Refuses to Enter Into Said Contract for the Construction of Said Public Improvements for Said Project and Furnish the Necessary Bonds Within Thirty Days From and After the Date the Awant is Made The Bidder to Whom a Contract is Awarded Will Be Required to Fumish Public Liability and Workmen's Compensation Insurance Performance, Statutory, and Maintenance Bonds Acceptable to the Authority, in Conformity With the Requirements of the Pro Posed Contract Documents. The Performance, Statutory and Maintenance Bonds Shall Be for One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The City of Tulsa Must Select the Second Low-est Bid if Within 5% of the Lowest Bid and the Second Lowest Bid in a Local Bid and the Lowest Bid is Not a Local Bid (E, Non-local/Out of State. Accordingly, When the Local Bid is Required to Be Selected Under the Stale LINE, the Local Bidder Must Agree to Do the Work at the Lowest Bid Price to Be Awarded the Project. Bids Will Be Accepted by the City Clark From the Holder of Val ID Pre-qualification Certificates From the City of Tulsa in One O More of the Following Classifications: A or D
