Summary of Sources Sought Notice Agency: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5 Purpose: Market research to identify vendors capable of providing electrical contracting services and repairs for the Washington DC VA Medical Center under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Key Requirements Scope of Work: Maintenance, repair, replacement, and/or demolition of electrical and control systems, including: Electrical distribution systems Transformers (dry/oil-filled) Transmission lines, conduits, feeders Substations, switchboards, panels, breakers, circuits Lighting systems (interior/exterior, LED) Motor control centers, switches, relays, outlets Contractor must hold: Current Electrical Contractor License Current Business License in Washington DC Warranty: All materials, equipment, and labor for 1 year after installation.
