Reference Number 0000401154 Bid Intent Not Available The work of this 760 calendar day project consists, in general, of furnishing all labor, materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services, and supervision required for the installation of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), electric vehicle (EV) chargers, and the implementation of a Microgrid system. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, site preparation, grading, installation of BESS units, EV chargers, associated switchgear, transformers, underground conduits, vaults, cabling, and necessary interconnections with the existing electrical infrastructure. The work includes the replacement of the building roof to support the installation of Microgrid infrastructure, as well as preparation, grading, pavement restoration, security fencing, lighting, and any necessary testing and commissioning to ensure the successful operation of the Microgrid and EV charging infrastructure. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond are required for this contract.
