The Park District is looking to conduct community outreach in historically disadvantaged, severely disadvantaged and vulnerable communities that have had low response rates in Round One of engagement in the District Plan. The Park District is specifically looking to increase community outreach within the following geographic focus areas (See Figure 1): o Unincorporated Alameda County (Cherryland, Ashland, San Lorenzo) o East Oakland o West Oakland o Western Contra Costa County (Richmond/North Richmond/San Pablo) o East Contra Costa County (Pittsburg/Antioch) o Southern Alameda County (Fremont/Union City/Newark) Question Deadline 10/31/2025 at 11:59 PM PT Responses to Questions Posted to Website November 5, 2025 Questions: Please direct any questions concerning this RFP and the selection process by email to Devan Reiff, Principal Planner, dreiff@ebparks.org Questions will not be taken or answered verbally.
