Sealed bids are invited for the trenchless replacement of lead service lines with new water services. New service lines will include reconnection to the water main, including the B-Box (shut-off valve), and connection to the customer's meter. The project will also require the removal and replacement of sidewalk and/or hot mix asphalt, landscaping and seeding restoration, and the distribution of pitcher filters. Specifications and bid proposal forms are available at the Municipal Service Center during normal business hours. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled at the Municipal Service Center. The Village reserves the right to waive technicalities, reject any or all bid proposals, or accept any bid proposal deemed most favorable to the Village.
