A partial renovation of the existing Thompson's Station Town Hall located at 1110 Fountain View Blvd. The work includes (but is not limited to) new walls, finishes, and fixtures in the following spaces: Lobby, Board Room, Offices, Conference Rooms, New Restrooms, and Support Space. The work is detailed in construction documents by 906 Studio architects. Bids are for a single prime contract and must be organized per the categories in the provided Bid Form. Bidders must include a schedule and a plan for phasing the work to minimize interruption, as the Town Hall will remain operational during construction. All bids must comply with the prepared and issued Bidding Documents, and must include a bid bond equal to 5 percent of the bid amount. The successful bidder must provide both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each for 100 percent of the contract amount. All submitted bids are binding for 60 days. The Owner reserves the right to accept, reject, or waive any bid or alternate. All requested alternates on the bid form will be considered in awarding the Contract. All bidders must be licensed as required by state law. No faxed or electronically transmitted bids will be accepted. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with required information on the outside.
