Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Thompsons Station, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
Approximately 2,000 linear feet of concrete sidewalk extension along Clayton Arnold Road between Allenwood Drive and the Avenue Downs subdivision. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a unit price basis. A bid bond or other acceptable bond security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount must accompany the submitted bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each for 100 percent of the contract amount. All bids must include costs for payment and performance bonds when required and remain binding for a period of 60 days after the bid date and time. Only licensed contractors as required by state law may bid. No bid will be opened unless the sealed envelope provides the required contractor and licensing information on the outside. No faxed or electronically transmitted bids will be accepted. All bids must be in a sealed envelope marked “Clayton Arnold Connector”. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
