Prequalified General Stage II - Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services - DABS Store #18 Tile Replacement Remove existing tile floor that is cracking and uplifting. 2. Remove 3 thickset concrete that is failing. 3. Replace with new concrete infill slab w/ integral color. 4. Replace tile base with rubber base. 5. Replace entryway carpet with new walk off carpet tile. 6. Add Alt #1 - Replace carpet in office and stair with new carpet tile (include new rubber base) Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
