The Project consists of the construction of Renovation of Second floor spaces in the O'Fallon Justice Center: Scope involves renovation of an existing room, Complete renovation of a breakroom and addition of a new restroom.. Bids must be submitted on the appropriate bid forms provided and must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount equal to and not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid, payable without recourse to the City.
