Renovation of a water / sewer project in Cottleville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Demolition of existing dry scrubber odor control system and installation of a new bioscrubber odor control system . Bids must be submitted on the appropriate bid forms provided and must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount equal to and not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid, payable without recourse to the City. The Security may be in the form of a certified cashier's check or a bidder's bond in the same amount from an Incorporated Surety licensed to do business in the State of Missouri as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond, a one hundred percent (100%) payment bond, and guaranty forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of acceptance of bid to him. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities therein to determine the lowest and best bid, and to approve the bond.
