The White County Department of Finance, on behalf of the White County Parks and Recreation Department, seeks to retain the services of a professional consultant architectural or engineering firm. The selected firm will provide services related to the construction of a recreational pavilion at the White County Recreational Complex in Sparta, Tennessee. The objective of this request for qualifications and interest is to secure a contract with a professional consultant architectural or engineering firm to provide plans and specifications for the construction of a recreational pavilion at the White County Recreational Complex located at 4201 Smithville Highway; Sparta, Tennessee 38583. The proposed project scope includes a 1,200 square foot structure with ADA accessible restroom facilities and a covered picnic table seating area. White County anticipates funding the project, in part, from State of Tennessee grant funds. Requests for additional information or clarifications shall be sent to: Chad S.
