Electronic bids are requested for the replacement of the boiler at Marram Hall, Indiana University Northwest. A unified bid covering all work, including General, Mechanical, and Electrical Construction, is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through the designated website, and bidders must be registered and signed in to submit. All bids must comply fully with the bidding documents, which are available for review. Each bid must include a completed Minority, Women's and Veteran's Business Enterprise Participation Plan detailing efforts to involve these enterprises as subcontractors or material suppliers, a bid security for 5% of the total bid, and a written drug testing program compliant with relevant Indiana Code.
