Proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for gutting of a historical building located in Downtown Hoschton. The purpose of this RFP is to select a contractor who can complete the work on time, within budget, and according to the specified quality standards. Our ending goal is to completely gut the entire inside of the historic building, leaving the roof and outer walls of the building intact.
