The Industrial Development Board of Jackson County Tennessee is seeking bids on a fifty (50) ton split cooling system to be installed at the Cookeville Converter Building, located at 1420 North Grundy Quarles Highway, Gainesboro, Tennessee 38562. This quote shall include all engineering, material and labor to install the fifty (50) ton split cooling system at the plant. Bidders must inspect the location and the price will be based on the following criteria: Trane (or comparable brand) 50 ton system utilizing R-454 Refrigerant; Must include warranty: 5 year compressor, 1 year parts and labor. Bid must also include cost for the following: Discard and dispose of existing equipment Flush copper linesets due to changing to new refrigerant Connect back to existing ductwork, electrical circuit and refrigeration lines performance start and check of system after installation is completed all equipment used in installation any electrical circuits that need to be replaced or repaired must be included The Board reserves the right to make additional inquiry after reviewing bids before awarding final bid. Final approval of the bid is subject to approval by the Board. The Board reserves the right to reject all bids in its sole discretion.
