Reference Number 0000305359 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/11/07 12:00:00 AM PST The Corporation requires access to Contracting resources to support capital and non-capital projects for Yukon Energy when in-house expertise and / or resources are not available. It is the intent of the Corporation to obtain the best overall solution in meeting our need(s). Companies are invited to submit a Proposal on a competitive basis in the format described in this RFP. The Corporation will establish a Pool of pre-qualified Contractors to be engaged ad hoc as needs arise. Prequalified participants in the Pool will have first consideration for work contemplated by the Corporation. Work assignments will be based on the compatibility of the particular requirements with individual Contractor's qualifications, experience and availability. Engagement of Contractors from the Pool will follow Yukon Energy's Engagement Procedures - Appendix 4, which outline the process for task call-ups, quotation review, approval, and performance management under the Contract. It is the intention of the Corporation to consider the successful Proponents as the preferred, non-exclusive providers of the Service. Notwithstanding, the Corporation reserves the right to contract with Contractors outside of the Pool either through competitive bidding or direct negotiation, for selected projects, if in the sole judgment of the Corporation such contracts outside of the Pool is considered to be in the best interest of YEC. When considering work requirements, the following rules will apply: i. For Statements of Work deemed to be worth $400,000.00 or less, YEC, may engage with any company in the Pool at their discretion; ii. For Statements of Work greater than $400,000.00 standard YEC contracting procedures will apply. In an effort to reduce duplication of effort, gain efficiencies and achieve cost savings, the Corporation is contemplating consolidating requirements and awarding based YEC particular needs. The Corporation is requesting Proposals from qualified bidders to provide Contracting Services for the Corporation, as and when required. The Proponent must be able to work collaboratively with the Corporation to achieve company objectives.
