The Corporation is issuing this Request for Proposal to obtain Proposals for Transmission & Distribution Line Design and Structural Engineering on an "as and when required" basis. (see Section 4) in accordance with conditions stated herein. Through this Request for Proposal, the Corporation seeks to: a) Select a Pool of pre-qualified consultants. b) Specify the conditions that would govern any resulting Contract(s). c) Determine fee structure. The use of the Pool shall commence on (or around) January 1st, 2026, and shall remain active until Dec 31st, 2030, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms outlined herein. The Corporation reserves the right to extend the Contract(s) for one 2-year term, for a maximum potential Contract period of seven (7) years. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
