DURATION OF THE CONTRACT The contract covered by this call for tenders is required for a duration of 36 months from its effective date. The likely date for the start of services is on or around 1 December 2025. GUARANTEE OF SUBMISSION The bid must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 3% of the bid amount. TRANSMISSION OF COMPLAINTS All complaints made to the Corporation under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, chapter C-65.1) must be received at the plainte@sqi.gouv.qc.ca address, no later than the deadline set for the receipt of those-as indicated in the Additional Instructions. The Company reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification that does not result in an amendment to the tender documents made by a bidder if this request is sent to it five business days or less before the deadline set for the reception of submissions.
