The lightning protection system, installed in April 2024, will allow for the reuse of materials whenever possible once the new roofing system is in place. 3. Cleaning and sealing of the supply and return ductwork. 4. Replacement of two air handling units, including DDC components and controls, pipe insulation, UV-C treatment, bipolar ionization, fan array, and other associated components. 5.
