Remodel 4 bathrooms at 430 Washington St, Morrisville, PA 19067 for the Penndel Mental Health Center. All bids must be submitted through the PennBid Program. Each bid must include bid security in the amount of 5% of the total contract amount including all add alternates. The project falls under the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Public Works Employment Verification Act, Act 127 of 2012, requiring all public work contractors and subcontractors to use the Federal Government's E-Verify system for employees working on public projects. A Public Works Employment Verification Form must be submitted as a precondition for contract award. The Penndel Mental Health Center reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in any bid, eliminate or reduce items or quantities, and exercise its judgment regarding the comparative merit of products and services offered. The contract, if awarded, will go to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. Bidders must comply with applicable fair housing and civil rights requirements, including but not limited to the Fair Housing Act, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Titles II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974. Compliance with Executive Order 11246 (Equal Employment Opportunity), the Copeland "Anti-Kickback" Act, and the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act is required. No award of federal funds will be made to debarred or suspended applicants.
