Asphalt Services (Installation, Maintenance, Striping & Repairs) cope of Work Contractor is responsible for supplying labor, parts & materials, equipment, and oversight to perform asphalt installation, maintenance, painting, and repair services ("Work") at Hennepin County facilities on an as needed / requested basis.
