The Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota (the "University") is requesting Proposals to provide construction manager services for the renovation of Eddy Hall, located on the east bank of the Twin Cities campus (the "Project"). The University has established a construction budget for the Cost of the Work in the amount of $24,237,531 (current dollars, no escalation). The University requires the Project to be substantially complete by no later than March 31, 2028. 7579226 Question Deadline 06/16/2026 at 12:00 PM CT Questions will be received at online. Questions regarding this RFx shall be submitted through the MBid sourcing tool. Pay particular attention to the Question Cutoff Date as the University is not obligated to respond to any questions that are received after this deadline.
