North Strabane Township Municipal Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Pearl Drive Sewer Repair Project Contract Number 2025-01 - General Construction The Project includes the following Work: The Project consists of replacement of approximately 400 linear feet of 8-inch sewer main, 200 linear feet of 6-inch laterals, four (4) manholes, and installation of approximately 1,200 linear feet of stabilization trenches with aggregate backfill. Work will also include 700 linear feet of cured-in-place-pipe lining of 8-inch sanitary sewers, reconnection of laterals, and restoring all disturbed areas. Estimated Contract Value: $500,000 - $600,000 Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a online or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. A pre-bid conference for the Project will not be held. Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%.
