Site work for a mixed-use development in Washington, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development; and one-story above grade communication facility.
The Mid-East Commission on behalf of Beaufort County, North Carolina is soliciting qualifications from engineering and planning firms for planning, engineering, and design services for the Essential Services Resilience Plan project. The plan will focus on green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) projects for county-owned facilities with documented flood issues, and communications infrastructure projects identified as a priority by Beaufort County Emergency Management. The plan will include several GSI and communications concept projects. One GSI project and one communication project selected by the county will have construction-level designs completed, which will be used for the permitting and construction phases of the projects. This project is funded through the NC Division of Coastal Management’s Resilient Coastal Communities Program, Phase 3 (Engineering/Design). Statements of Qualifications must be mailed to 1502 N. Market St. Suite A, Washington, NC 27889, or emailed to jheath@mideastcom.org with the subject line 'Beaufort County Essential Services Resilience Plan RFQ.'
