The Owner is soliciting proposals for qualified bidders to perform work on various portions of the project for Baseball & Tennis Court. Specialty contractors are being solicited at this time for the following: Site & Building Concrete, Masonry, Mechanical & Plumbing, Electrical, Site and Building Demolition & Earthwork and Utilities, Post-Tensioned Concrete Tennis Court System, Tennis Court Surfacing, Fencing, Landscaping & Irrigation. Payment and Performance Bonds are required. Bid documents will be available electronically through SmartBid, and bidders are responsible for all documents and the cost of printing and shipping plans and specifications associated with Bid Package #01. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders in the Project Manual for complete bidding information. pn-2025-08-029 Project No. 25MKG-25F Bidder Requests for Information ("RFI") shall be submitted to the office of the Construction Manager, Triangle Associates, Inc., at 3769 Three Mile Road NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49534.
