Elm Ave., Panama City, FL 32401 Est. $190,000.00 Gene's Oyster Bar: 303 Sherman Ave., Panama City, FL 32401 Est. $110,000.00 Bay Animal Clinic: 2003 E. 5th Street, Panama City, FL 32401 Est. $245,000.00 The work consists of constructing and improving the facade of the building as more accurately described in the architectural plans in the bid specifications. Bidders must obtain complete sets of bid documents from the designated source. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond prepared on the attached form or a surety company's standard bid bond, executed by the bidder and a licensed surety company, in the amount of five percent of the bid amount or $10,000, whichever is more. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the scheduled receipt time. Bidders must be licensed and comply with all State of Florida licensing and regulatory requirements, obtain all necessary occupational licenses and permits, and comply with all applicable state and local laws. Entities or individuals on the convicted vendor list, debarred, suspended, or excluded from federal programs are prohibited from bidding. The contractor must ensure non-discrimination in employment. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100 percent of the bid. The municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, waive minor irregularities, or re-advertise.
